Stephen's family started the family owned bookstore in 1957. He has managed the store for over 10 years. The store has grown to be the largest Christian retailer in Central New York.

Mr. Sprancmanis has offices at 6315 Fly Road, East Syracuse, New York 13057. Mr. Sprancmanis' practice focuses in the areas of estate planning and business planning, including elder law, and advising clients entering into business.

Mr. Sprancmanis also is an adjunct professor of business and tax law at the State University of New York, Institute of Technology at Utica, where he has taught business law and taxation.

Mr. Sprancmanis is an active member of the Gift, Estate and Trust Section of the Christian Legal Society; the Trusts and Estates Section and the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Latvian Bar Association. Mr. Sprancmanis is also a member of Wealth Counsel.

Dennis has been in the heating, cooling, and ventilation business for the past 24 years as a principle owner and manager of several HVAC businesses. His concentration of business has been in both residential and commercial design, installation and service of high efficiency, natural gas, geo-thermal and solar type equipment as well radiant heating and duct work installations. He also designs and installs indoor air quality equipment including methane and Radon Mitigation Systems and have been blessed by many satisfied customers who have provided them with many customer referrals of friends, family, and business associates.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of accounting and tax experience. As a tax professional, Brian assists Individuals, Small Business Owners, and Real Estate Investors. As a tax professional, Brian enjoys informing clients of strategic and creative ways to save money.

Brian also works as a financial advisor by assisting individuals and small business owners in the areas of retirement and investment planning. As a financial advisor, Brian has a passion for providing clients with a road map based on their goals and the current investment vehicles that are available.

Brian graduated from Bucknell University. In addition to his CPA license, Brian has his Series 7 and 63 licenses as well as the New York State Life, Accident and Health Insurance License.

Brian lives in Liverpool, NY and is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs Syracuse Chapter and Abundant Life Christian Center.
